Now..... I haven't had a chance to read thru ALL the comments that have been left, but is this in the same restroom that had the comment a while back that it has always smelled like bubble-gum?? That was one of my favorites. Perhaps the original statement was the one that is missing? I know I would definitely miss that.

Hey, you never know. People get emotionally attached to the strangest things. Or maybe that person had an OCD, where s/he HAD to see that message before their day could move on. It could have been some deep rooted childhood memory, like a blankie or that one Barbie that had it's head ripped off and was then burned, tossed down the toilet, and any floating parts buried under the garden ... or maybe I just have mean neighbors.

TANGENT... can someone check out a site I'm helping on? www.forku.net it's mostly a lyrics search engine. Pleaaaaaaaaaaase?

Not so, Mike. It was really just a VERY bad marketing campaign for the gum.
WARNING, TANGENT -I just read the small text below the ADD COMMENT box. Did you know we are supposed to add intelligent, interesting comments? Dang, that takes the fun out of it.

I once saw graffiti that read "I want to blow your Bazooka, Joe," but up until now I thought it was just your typical perverted bathroom solicitation.

I thought that was a clever term, but didn't want to be the first to say it. Just call me Lemming. Ok, you can stop now.

Though, taken out of context, it could be that the "message about bubble gum" was some deeper truth that had been communicated. Maybe that would be a Message then.
