Yeah, so I took the GRE and did pretty well. Next up: application and recommendation letters. Goal: the ETC. Looks like fun, no?

I went and visited last spring, and had this intense moment of "I'm surrounded by nerds. Geeky computer nerds. Am I ready to go back to this?" Answer: Hell yes. I want to make pretty things - I've had enough character-based financial software maintenance to last several lifetimes.

I went to CMU for undergrad, and took a class at the ETC (Building Virtual Worlds). That place is... so awesome. They do some really, REALLY cool stuff. :)

(BTW, geeky computer nerds rule! ;))
