Neologism - making up new words. Shakespeare did a lot of it.

Though, isn't "designer plether"(as I spell it) an oxymoron? Or would that be the person who's wearing it...

And it's good to make up new words every once in awhile...it means the difference btwn English and Latin.

Not in any dictionary, I believe.
However, I rather like it, as it expresses something that I haven't found a word I like better for. :-)
