Mike: I hope so, too. Of course, most people already *do* suck.

Megan: lol! I'm a sucker for puns.

But everyone is free to hate, suck, and drop dead, right? I hope so, because that's what I've been telling them.

Better to pursue the carrot, than to flee the stick.

Damn elusive carrots. When will I finally catch up to that carrot I've been chasing all my life?

Also, too many people ignore their right to be fabulous. *Way* too many.

i find "the happiness of pursuit" poetic in light of modern american society
are we happy in our pursuit? it seems we're supposed to be. and what are we pursuing?

Don't you mean 'pursuit of happiness'?

I think it fits in perfectly with "life, liberty, and the happiness of pursuit."

Yeah Polly Esther's is fun, though I'm kind of ready to try some new places. Or at the very least, a different club that plays 70's and 80's dance music. Maybe even one that doesn't have lots of broken glass on their dance floor. (Kept getting stuck to the bottom of my shoes, rather annoying, that.)
And yes Genevieve, I agree, I think this should be a constiutional ammendment.

Polly Esther's isn't a local SF bar--we have one in San Antonio.

...and watch Tank Girl. Damn, that movie kicks ass. Of course, concerning the statement above, you should notice he used the word "should" instead of "can". Stupid lack of total freedom...

does anyone else want to move to SF just to go to this bar???
