We always enjoyed visiting Belgium when we lived in Germany. [I was a kid then] It was a nice weekend trip, and the people were always friendly.

And just how would anything in Belgium be like Disneyland?

Brugge like Disneyland? This makes me want to cry, too. (Though I haven't been to Brugge--I heard similar things be said about Prague.) Disneyland--blech.

If it's like disneyland, then all the shops are in miniature, are ridiculously overpriced, and no one has dyed hair or piercings of any kind.

Do you not like Belgium? I always wanted to go there.
