Well you found one of the ones I knew about. The other driving one is that he's racing to Santa Barbara from Berkeley (end of the movie) and he drives through the tunnel at Gaviota. But the tunnel is only in the Northbound Direction (he was supposed to be heading south). He drove through it the right way (unlike the bridge) it was just the wrong way for the story.
The third one is really obscure. Dustin is waiting for Elaine at Sproul Plaza and the clock tower rings and she comes out of Sproul Hall (along with a bunch of other students) like they just got out of class. But Sproul Hall (the one she comes out of) is an Administration Building (no classrooms) and has always been one.
