At least some of them, anyway- I liked "Pirates of the Carribean", despite its being based on a rather silly Disneyworld ride. But I suspect a lot of that is due to Johnny Depp's performance.

I also liked "Con Air", "Gone In 60 Seconds", and even "Young Doctors In Love". But he's also come out with "Coyote Ugly", "Flashdance" and "Armageddon". He's rather inconsistent in the quality of the films he makes.
