Well, the story is true enough. Troubleshooter is a consumer complaint outlet that checks out people's complaints and tries to help them if they're true. In this case, the name change was definitely made--though at first the company claimed the customer requested it, a more competant employee admitted the problem and set about correcting it. The only thing I can't remember for sure is if it was Comcast or another provider.
