I don't know if the acid in your stomach's strong enough to dissolve what I presume to aluminum (or aluminIum if you're British) (a little help from the biochemists out there, or at least the chemists?), so it could just be sitting there in your stomach or intestines... could make for a cute x-ray someday :)
