Could be an amature wine maker -- although I must admit, I was thinking it was designed for Marin-ites whose wine collections had outgrown their homes. And I must say by way of a disclaimer, that I've spent a lot of time in Marin, it's a beautiful area, and I enjoy visiting, so my impression is based on real people, not stereotypes.
