I'm making up the spelling on that, but that's pretty much how it sounds: ay-eh-t. It's a sticky rice shell with a variety of fillings inside - my favorite is sweet, with peanuts, coconut, soy beans, and... sesame? Not too sure. Anyway, they press the thing into a wooden mold so it comes out flat and round and very pretty. Then they slap it on a leaf and fry it or steam it or something. No crad ovaries involved.
