Depends on which part of Indiana you're moving to. The closer to Chicago, amazingly enough, the harder it is to find Chinese food that isn't cliche and mostly meat. Indy however, has this wonderful wonderful little Mom and Pop Chinese buffet that just begs a visit! I'll ask Mr Man if he remembers the name.
