Cake cannot tempt me. Mealy, thick, too sweet mess that it is. My birthday never include cake if planned by anyone who knows me.
I like pie far better. Though truth be told, not that into it either. But I believe it takes a much more subtle palate to discern the genius in its brilliant mix of solid and suspension. It's a chemical miracle!
