The moose wasn't a whole cake, just a toy to put on the cake. It came in a package with a bunch of lions, gorillas, etc, that was labeled "Jungle Animals Playset."

Not that we wouldn't sell years-old cake, if we thought we could get away with it; it would probably taste a lot like the styrofoam display cakes that have accidently been sold as real cakes a couple of times.
