A bigger problem is kids having kids.
for whatever reason...I just heard of a case up here where a 21 year old man was suppose to be babysitting his 7 month old daughter.
He got upset about the baby crying and threw her in the crib, she hit her head on the headboard and was killed.
It's becoming an all too familiar story.
people who have no business being parents thinking that having a child makes them an adult.
