about the TurboCooker: I understand it's a modified pressure cooker. Pressure cookers are a huge timesaver but you can really hurt yourself. I have the scars & old hospital bills to prove it.
When working with anything that uses superheated steam, you really want to be sure you know what you're doing. Watch people use it, have someone show you how in person & read the instruction book front to back. And no matter what, never open the pot until the contents' temperature is below boiling. No Matter What.
